- Manage vendor set up at ceremony and reception sites per the instruction of the Bride and Groom
- Be available in person or by telephone to assist vendors with any questions
- Manage wedding party
- Manage distribution of attendant flowers to wedding party, family members, and special guests
- Set up for wedding ceremony and reception per the instruction of the Bride and Groom
- Ensure payment of vendor balances and tips
- Ensure events for the wedding day are running as scheduled
- Provide a stress-free wedding day for the Bride and Groom
